There is a large lawn for volleyball, and a fenced yard for your small pet. This wonderful cottage has a multi-tiered deck with a picnic table and benches. This home has great ocean views and easy access to a sandy beach, and you can walkto three nearby state parks. Abalone Beach Cottage, which was formally named Secret Garden, is a comfortable homethat has been recently updated.Living Room: Full futon, TV with cable, VCR, DVD, sound system Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Double, twin bed. Bedroom 3: Queen bed with Ocean view Bedroom 4: Double bed Bathroom 1: Shower Bathroom 2: No shower/tub Kitchen: Well equipped, microwave and dishwasher Laundry Room: Washer/dryer & supplies Linens: Provided Approximately 1254 square feet Deck: Multi-tiered Maximum occupancy: 10 Vehicles permitted: 2 No Motorhomes Permitted No Smokers. Pets: Yes 2 (SMALL) PET MAXIMUM, STRICTLY ENFORCED Please note, there will be a 10% room tax , a $30 pet fee , a $80 cleaning fee , and a $25 reservation fee.
