This ocean front home is located on the 804 Trail,and is a couple of blocks from Yachats State Park, coffee shops, and restaurants. This warm and inviting home is located in a great location, and has a backyard that adjoins Commons Park. It is newly remodeled with all new exquisite furnishings, carpeting and and stay at "Acqua Vita" and enjoy pure luxury and comfort!Entry Level: Living Room: 32" TV, Stereo, DVD/VCR player, Fireplace, Fantastic Ocean Views! Dining Room: Seating for 8 - 10 at large table, and seating for 2 - 4 at smaller table. Kitchen: Fully equipped, with all new appliances, including Dishwasher. Master Bedroom: King size, pillow top bed. Dresser, Bedroom 2: Queen size, pillow top bed. Bedroom 3: Queen size, pillow top bed. Bedroom 4: Large room with bunk beds Bathroom 1: Full size with shower/tub Bath 2: Off Master Bedroom, shower Laundry Room: New Washer/Dryer with supplies Second Level Loft: Large seating area, plus seating on raised level with wonderful ocean views Full size Futon on raised level Telescope..spotting scope for whale watching Two Twin beds with dresser 32" TV, surround sound system and DVD player!
