The Aan Zee is a townhouse that offers spectacular oceanfront living with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This home is tastefully decorated in sand and sky colors, and has an inviting open floor plan. The kitchen, dining, and living rooms have fantastic views through wall to wall windows. There is direct beach access, only steps from the deck, to the crashing surf. Some of the amenities in this beautiful home include high speed (1500kbs) wireless internet access, and extended cable.Living room: Open living/dining area with sofa. 3 chairs, entertainment center with 27" TV/VCR/DVD player and seating for 8. Wall to wall windows with full ocean views. Master bedroom: King size bed, twin daybed with trundle, TV with VCR/DVD. Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, dresser, closet, alarm clock. Bedroom 3: Queen size bed, dresser, closet, alarm clock. Bathroom 1: Full bath with shower, tub. Master bath: Shower only with washer and dryer front loading. Kitchen: Fully equipped with open views to beach, smooth top stainless range, microwave, coffee maker. Linens provided Deck off living & dining room. Maximum Occupancy: 8 Pets: 2 maximum, strictly enforced. No Smoking Cars permitted: 2Please note, there will be a 10% room tax , a $30 pet fee , a $75 cleaning fee , and a $25 reservation fee.
