This unit is a direct bayfront unit - nothing between you and water except the beach, and is exquisitely furnished. As a long term renter, you can even bring your boat. There are 2 bedrooms PLUS a sleeping loft. The master suite offers a king sized bed, private bath, and lots of closet space. The 2nd bedroom has a full sized bed with a bunk above and trundle bed. There is additional sleeping in the loft.

Monthly Rental Details: Monthly rent is $3500 to $4500 (depending on season) plus fees and taxes. Additional fees include $200 exit cleaning fee; $35 booking fee; 12.5% state and local taxes. A security deposit of $1200 is required. The security deposit is refunded after a damage free inspection following departure.

Lease Details: Long Term (longer than 6 months) rent is $3000/month plus utilities. An application and fee of $75 per adult applicant is required. This fee covers credit and criminal background reports. Applicants will be notified within 3 days of submitting application if approved or not. The first month's rent and $6000 security is required prior to occupancy.
