Minimum Rental One Month. The Palms of Islamorada is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean. This one bedroom unit is perfectly proportioned and offers great views of Florida Bay. It has been extensively remodeled (2008); all new kitchen and appliances and updated baths. You'll be glad you chose this unit for your holiday. Bedding is King and sleeper sofa.

Vacation Rental Details: Rent is $1800 to $2400/month depending on the season. Additional fees include: $125 exit cleaning fee; $35 processing fee; 12.5% state and local taxes. A security deposit of $1000 is required. The security deposit is refunded after a damage-free inspection following departure. Utility Caps/Mo: There is a cap on the utilities of $175 for electricity. The owner pays up to this amount. If there is an overage, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill will be provided. There is a $100 condo application fee to cover the cost of a credit and background check. Rates and fees are subject to change prior to confirmation of reservation.
