Located at 1707 Perrin Drive, Malibu Pointe is a new condominium building with a Caribbean Flair. This 4 bedroom 4 bath unit has 1 King, 2 Double beds, 4 Twin beds and a sofa sleeper, sleeping from 10- 12 people. There is a excellent ocean view from this 9th floor balcony. All bedrooms have a 25" flat screen TV with a 42" LCD Flat screen HDTV in the Living room. Your entire family can enjoy whatever cable channel they desire. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and Granite countertops. The appliances include built in microwave, dishwasher, flat top stove, side by side refrigerator with in-door water and ice. There is a full size washer and dryer in unit as well as a computer with Internet access. In the Master bedroom there is the gorgeous view of the ocean from the balcony as well as a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower for your relaxation. For amenities on the property there are outdoor and indoor pools, a hot tub along with a delightful lazy river and a kiddy pool. For those adults that like working out there is a glassed in exercise room with a wonderful view of the ocean and the pool areas. There is also a pool room on premises.

Great place to stay

My family and I stayed here in August. We had a 4bedroom which had enough space for all of us. Our room had a lot of dishes and pans which was great even thou we brought some ourselves. The people we met at the pool were very friendly. The kids enjoyed themselves so much they didnt want to go home. Also the staff were very kind and before I was scheduled to come I would call and ask all different kinds of questions about the weather, what I needed, etc. They were always helpful especially Donna who happen to be the one to check me in. My family and I are coming back to Myrtle Beach next summer and we are planning on staying here..
