Welcome to La Jolla! Peaceful, relaxing beaches and just minutes to all that San Diego has to offer. Our triplex is located in the Wind and Sea area of La Jolla. There are 3 units. Two 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms and a third studio on the top level that can be combined with the middle 2 bedroom 2 bath for a 3 bed/3 bathroom! You can also rent the entire building together. This is perfect for family reunions or multiple families traveling together. We do offer this property year round and we do not require a sat arrival date in the summer season and we have a 5 nght minimum. This property is available year-round. We offer a 3 night minimum Sept to May. One week minimum over the Holidays. We do not accommodate arrivals on a holiday at this time. This house offers wireless internet access.

This is the upstairs 2 bedroom 2 bathroom that can also be rented with the 3rd level studio. There is an entrance to the studio inside this unit if you want to rent it as a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom. There are a set of stairs leading to the entrance of each unit and a private stair case in back for the studio. Just completely remodeled in 2005!! This unit offers a bright and open floor plan with dual master bedrooms. There is an oceanview from the living area, kitchen, and balcony! The living area offers Cable TV, VCR, DVD, and a DVD stereo. The sofa can be used as a queen sofa sleeper.

The kitchen offers everything you will need for your family meals! Complete with cookware and dishware, coffee maker, Microwave, toaster oven and blender. There is an open breakfast bar and the kitchen opens to the living area. Perfect for entertaining.

There is a sliding door to the balcony off the living area. A patio set is here for your dining pleasure and a gas BBQ grill as well. You can see the Pacific Ocean just beyond the palms and hear the waves crash on the sea shore.

The living area also offers a dining table along with the breakfast bar.

The south bedroom offers a queen bed and private full size bathroom. There is also a sliding door that leads to a small balcony off the bedroom. This room has a cable Television as well.

The north bedroom offers 2 twin beds and another cable Television. There is a second full size bathroom and small balcony with sliding door here as well.

Both of the 2 bedroom units come with 2 parking spaces. One inside of the garage and a tandem spot behind. There is a coin op washer and dryer in the garage area as well for the buildng. There are 2 beach cruiser bikes with each home, porta-crib, highchair, beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards! Everything you will need for your family vacation!!

The beach is just 100 steps away from the building and easily accessible. It is a pretty beach with tide pools, white sand, and gentle waves.

The north side of the beach is one of our best local surf spots! Have fun watching the local talent ride in the waves or walk along the sandy beach in search the perfect seashell...
