La Jolla Vacation Rental apartment

This lovely property is located in the Wind and Sea area of La Jolla. We offer this property year round and anytime in the summer season with a 5 night minimum. We do require a one week minimum over most holidays. Please call prior to making an online reservation if your dates include a holiday. We do not accomodate an arrival on a holiday at this time. This location offers peaceful, relaxing beaches and just minutes to all that San Diego has to offer. There are 3 units. Two 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms and a third studio on the top level that can be combined with the middle 2 bedroom 2 bath for a 3 bed/3bathroom! You can also rent the entire building together.
This is perfect for family reunions or multiple families traveling together as it will accommodate up to 14 guests.This home also offers A/C! There are a set of stairs leading to the entrance of the lower level. Just completely remodeled in 2005,.this unit gets great light and you can hear the waves crashing on the nearby shore. The living area and kitchen are open and well equipped with all that you need for that family meal or romantic dinner. The living area offers Cable TV, VCR, DVD, and a DVD stereo. The sofa can be used as a queen sofa sleeper.
The kitchen offers everything you will need for your family meals! Complete with cookware and dishware, coffee maker, Microwave, toaster oven and blender. There is an open breakfast bar and the kitchen opens to the dining and living area. Perfect for entertaining.
There is a sliding door to the balcony off the living area. A patio set is here for your dining pleasure and a gas BBQ grill.
This home is equipped with a highchair and pack and play.
The south bedroom offers a queen bed and private full size bathroom. There is also a sliding door that leads to a small balcony off the bedroom. This room has a cable Television as well.
The north bedroom offers 2 twin beds and another cable Television. There is a second full size bathroom and small balcony with sliding door here as well.
Both of the 2 bedroom condos come with 2 parking spaces. One inside of the garage and a tandem spot behind. We also offer high speed wireless internet. There is a coin op washer and dryer in the garage area as well for the builing. There are 2 beach cruiser bikes with each home, porta-crib, highchair, beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards! Everything you will need for your family vacation!!
The beach is just 100 steps away from the building and easily accessible. It is a pretty beach with tide pools, white sand, and gentle waves.
The North side of the beach is one of our best local surf spots! Have fun watching the local talent ride in the waves or walk along the sandy beach in search the perfect seashell!
