Our studio is located in the upstairs of our La Jolla Triplex just steps to Wind and Sea Beach! We do not require a sat to sat reservation in the summer season for this property and we offer a 5 night minimum. This property is available year-round. We offer a 3 night minimum Sept to May. One week minimum over the Holidays. We do not accommodate arrivals on a holiday at this time.
Give us a call for details. This property can accommodate up to 2 guests. We may be able to allow up to 4 but please call prior to making a reservation. This studio is an upstairs unit with private entrance. It offers a queen size Murphy Bed that folds up and out of the way and can double as a table.

There is a bachelor's kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, and fridge just next to the Murphy Bed/dining table! There is a large sliding glass door to the private balcony that offers an additional outside seating area and views of the Pacific Ocean! On the view deck we offer a full size gas BBQ. There is a sitting area off of the deck that offers a full size Futon sofa and Cable TV. The TV is mounted so that it can be viewed from the sitting area or turned towards the Queen Murphy Bed/Dining Table.

This property is just 100 steps to Wind and Sea Beah. You can hear the sounds of the surf from the view deck!

There is full size bath with shower and tub.

The studio can also be combined along with the 2 bedroom 2 bath unit below to open and make a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom property that can accommodate up to 8 guests or if your group is larger you can reserve the entire building for up to 14 guests!

Each property offers parking, there is a shared washer and dryer in the garage area and high speed wireless internet. This is the best deal going! $99/day Sept to May (holidays excluded) Come and join us for a relaxing weekend at the beach! Monthly rates also available, call for details.
