A newly constructed condominium in South Peak Resort near downtown Lincoln, New Hampshire close to the newest trails at Loon Mountain Ski Area. This two bedroom two bath first floor vacation rental is easily accessible and offers a single car garage.Enter this home to a hall with sitting area on the left. Across the hall is a bedroom with a pyramid bunk set (twin bed over full bed) and a full bath. Just down the hall is the open concept living/dining and kitchen area. Spend time here with your favorite DVD rental and enjoy a cozy fire with just a flick of a switch. Off the living area is the master bedroom suite with king size bed, flat screen TV, and spacious master bath with a large shower and separate tub. Finally, enjoy the patio accessed from either the living room or the master bedroom with wooded view and sounds from the river.
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
