Luxurious Villa 'Sarah', 5 bedroom, private villa with heated pool, spa. Completed in 2006, located on a gated community within Legacy Park, air-conditioned, professionally finished & fully equipped. This luxurious villa has all you need to live the Florida lifestyle, it feels just like a home from home. Enjoying 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 cloakrooms & 30' heated swimming pool & spa. Over 2750 sq ft of living space, master bedroom with en-suite, queen bedroom & 3 twin bedrooms, which share 2 further bathrooms. In the games room there is a pool table, air hockey table, a table football, a basketball hoop and a children loft area with TV/DVD & X-box360 console.The living accommodation consists of a family room with cathedral ceiling overlooked from above.There is a formal lounge & dining area. There is another dining table in the kitchen nook area plus breakfast bar seating for 3. In the patio outside you will find chairs, table, sun loungers with a 30' heated swimming pool & Jacuzzi.

It is only 12 minutes to the front gates of Disney which includes MGM studios, EPCOT and animal kingdom, 20 minutes away from Sea World,Universal Studios, Gatorland, discovery cove (swim with dolphins), Wet & Wild & Water Parks. Golfers will enjoy a lot of opportunities with the following courses: 'Champions Gate' designed by Greg Norman, 'Reunion' designed by Watson, Palmer & Nicklaus, Southern Dunes, Ridge Wood Lakes, Highlands Reserve, Falcons Fire, Legends,Celebration & Diamond Back all within a 20 minutes drive. Beautiful holidays

We have rented this villa on our second visit to Florida. It is only a few miles away from the great tourist attractions in Orlando and Kissimmee. The house is very clean and in a quiet area. It offers enough space for 10 people. Even when the weather is not so good (like at our vacation) you can relax in the jacuzzi, play billiard, enjoy a DVD or read a book from the big choice of books and DVDs in the house. The next supermarket where you get everything you need is only 5 minutes by car. On our next visit to Florida we would love to rent this villa again!

We have rented this villa for the seventh time, the owner is very helpful, responding promptly to any request, we have recommended this property to friends and they also felt the villa was excellent. The villa is extremely well equipped with everything you could need for an enjoyable holiday, the villa is also very clean. I would also recommend it to families we took our 7 month old daughter and there was everything we needed. The management company are also excellent, professional and friendly , responding promptly to any requests. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets nearby, you do need a car to get the best experience of the area.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

I found the villa exceeded our expectations and was the ideal base to explore the wonders that Florida has to offer. Legacy Park is a gates community that has mobile security so we felt safe 24 hours per day. The villa was close to all local ammenities and attractions, and the jacuzzi was the ideal place to relax after a hard day at Universal Studios!

I would not hesitate in booking this villa again for a 2 family holiday to the 'sunshine state', a beautiful holiday home in the ideal location - I really miss being there!!

This a our 13th visit to Florida and this is one of the best villas we have stayed in. The descriptions are very accurate - the villa is lovely - spacious, clean and very comfortable - a real home from home.
Although it was a very late booking the owners were very helpful and everything went like clockwork.We would recommend this villa and would definately stay there again.Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!

I went with my husband & son to Villa Sarah where we met up with some relatives who live in America. We all thought the villa was beautiful. It was really spacious, extremely clean and contained everything we needed, a real home from home holiday villa. We all loved the pool and spent fun times in the games room. The villa is close to all amenities and i would definately recommend this to anyone else. I would have liked to have found a visitors book so i could write all the wonderful things about Villa Sarah. Thank you for letting us use your lovely home for our holiday.
