This luxurious villa has all you need to live the Florida lifestyle, it feels just like a home from home. Enjoying 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 cloakrooms & 30' heated swimming pool & spa. Over 2750 sq ft of living space, master bedroom with en-suite, queen bedroom & 3 twin bedrooms, which share 2 further bathrooms. In the games room there is a pool table, air hockey table, a table football, a basketball hoop and a children loft area with TV/DVD & X-box360 console.The living accommodation consists of a family room with cathedral ceiling overlooked from above.There is a formal lounge & dining area. I found the villa exceeded our expectations and was the ideal base to explore the wonders that Florida has to offer. Legacy Park is a gates community that has mobile security so we felt safe 24 hours per day. The villa was close to all local ammenities and attractions, and the jacuzzi was the ideal place to relax after a hard day at Universal Studios!

I would not hesitate in booking this villa again for a 2 family holiday to the 'sunshine state', a beautiful holiday home in the ideal location - I really miss being there!!

This a our 13th visit to Florida and this is one of the best villas we have stayed in. The descriptions are very accurate - the villa is lovely - spacious, clean and very comfortable - a real home from home.
Although it was a very late booking the owners were very helpful and everything went like clockwork.We would recommend this villa and would definately stay there again.Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

I went with my husband & son to Villa Sarah where we met up with some relatives who live in America. We all thought the villa was beautiful. It was really spacious, extremely clean and contained everything we needed, a real home from home holiday villa. We all loved the pool and spent fun times in the games room. The villa is close to all amenities and i would definately recommend this to anyone else. I would have liked to have found a visitors book so i could write all the wonderful things about Villa Sarah. Thank you for letting us use your lovely home for our holiday.

We have just returned from a 2 week stay in this Villa in florida. When we arrived we were tired but excited. We drew up in our car, went inside the villa and couldn't believe our eyes. The house is stunning,, we did not know where to look first. On entrance we felt totally at ease, ther is a formal dining and seating area, then a kitchen looking over an informal eating and seating area. The house was imaculate throughout, and we immediately felt at home.The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, separate utility area for washing, drying etc, and ample clean sheets and towels on hand. There was always hot water for showers etc and plenty of it ,we all had showers and baths and there wasn't any problems. The pool area was great,, we had the water heated in the pool, and were glad we did, as we all swam first thing in the morning and evening as well as in the day time.The icing on the cake was the en suite master bedroom, which was an absolute luxury.As the property was in a gated community we felt very safe and comfortable whilst we were there. You definatley need a car as it was about 20 to 30 minutes away from the main tourist areas and that was a good thing because when you returned home you could relax in peace.I would not hesitate on returning to this Villa, in fact I could comfortably live there with no problems.

After staying at this house in 2008 we had no hesitation to book again for this spring. The house is beautiful, very well maintained and in an upscale gated community. Upon arrival the house was very clean, freshly painted and just gave us a very welcoming feeling again. Our kids love the pool and the games room and made good use of the Xbox. There is also a large collection of English dvd's for all ages and a book full of novels. The parks are about 20-30 minutes drive. We like this part of Orlando since you are away from the heavy traffic on I-drive but close to everything you need. All the major restaurants are within a 10-15 minutes drive. If we have a chance to return to Florida we will definately stay in this house again.
