This Clearbrook townhome is an end unit with easy access - just a few gentle steps from the parking area. Great views in the winter and shaded views in the summer make this a pleasant hideaway for any season. On the lowest level find two bedrooms each with two twin beds, a full bath and laundry room. The mid level hosts the main living, dining and kitchen area with access to the deck. The upper-most level contains the master bedroom suite with queen bed, TV and full private bath.Your stay includes membership in the Village Swim, Tennis and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, three Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, exercise room and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment. Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area is available weekends and holidays in season. Nearby enjoy horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking trails, and other summertime attractions.
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
