Just three steps up to this free standing townhome with plenty of space and privacy for a larger group of vacationers. Located at the top of Clearbrook I this spacious four bedroom, three bath townhouse offers a garage and deck. Enter to the foyer; from here head downstairs to the bottom most level where you will find two bedrooms (one with two twin beds, the other two sets of bunk beds) as well as a full bath and laundry facilities. Up a level from the entry foyer is the main kitchen, living and dining area with access to the deck. The next level has a bedroom with king bed and a full private bath. The top most level hosts the master bedroom suite will full bath and spacious closet.Your stay includes membership in the Village Swim, Tennis and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, three Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, exercise room and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment. Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area is available weekends and holidays in season. Nearby enjoy horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking trails, and other summertime attractions.
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
