You will love this beautiful stand alone home at the top of Clearbrook I. This townhouse offers lots of privacy, a large wrap-around deck and a small grassy area. Inside is spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated.Enter to the foyer. Downstairs are two bedrooms (one with a queen bed, the other with two sets of bunk beds), a full bath and laundry room. One level above the entry foyer is the main living dining and kitchen area with access to the large wrap-around deck. Up a small set of stairs from the main living area is the open sitting loft, a great conversation spot. The uppermost level hosts the master bedroom suite with queen bed, air conditioning and full private bath.Your stay includes membership in the Village Swim, Tennis and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, three Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, exercise room and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment. Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area is available weekends and holidays in season. Nearby enjoy horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking trails, and other summertime attractions.
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
