This recently constructed modern detached villa is conveniently located in the Punta Lara residential area close to the new marina. The centre of Nerja is just a few minutes drive away whilst the beach, shops and restaurants near the marina are within easy walking distance. At street level, accessed through security gates, there is a drive way and play area leading to a large garage, which has an electrically operated door. Inside is a utility area with washing machine. The living area on the first floor can be reached by internal stairs from the garage or external stairs from the street. From the entrance hall there is a guest cloak room, a spacious well furnished lounge / dining room, with feature enclosed fireplace, a separate fitted kitchen, having stainless steel appliances. Stairs from the hall lead to the upper level, having a master double bedroom with en-suite shower room and balcony, two twin bedrooms, and a superb Jacuzzi family bathroom.

A Nerja villa rental is a great way to enjoy this popular resort. Nerja is set against the dramatic backdrop of the Sierra de Tejeda mountain range. The focal point of the town is the magnificent marble-paved promenade, Le Balcón de Europa, which protrudes on a rocky outcrop between two bays. It is a very pleasant area to stroll around in the evening to take in the many stunning views, the street entertainers and to sample the irresistible local ice cream. A tour round the town can be taken in an open buggy – a favourite with children and parents alike. There are a number of superb Blue flag beaches and rocky coves to explore in Nerja. One of the most popular being the ‘Burriana Playa’ with its gently sloping golden sand, beachfront bars and numerous restaurants, many of which specialise in fresh fish and see food cooked over charcoal.
