ON THE WATER! On the shore of Grand Lake with unparalleled views of the lake and Mt Craig ("Baldy")! This one-of-a-kind new luxurious lakeside home is the ideal location for your mountain experience. This exquisite home boasts an open floor plan with a beautiful kitchen, dining area and living room opening onto the deck which includes a gas grill and patio furniture where you can relax and enjoy the vistas. Hardwood floors, spectacular views, custom woodwork, gas fireplace and mountain decor make this the ultimate mountain retreat for your gathering. The main floor also includes a queen bedroom with lake and mountain views and bath. The loft includes a sofa sleeper and bath. The downstairs has another queen bedroom with lake and mountain views, a bedroom with two twin bunk beds, TV room with flat screen TV and queen sofa/sleeper, luxurious bath with steam shower, plus a laundry room. The only rental property of its kind on the shores of Grand Lake!
RATES AND BOOKING INFORMATION: Rates and minimum requirements for length of stay depend upon the season and day of week. LAST MINUTE DEALS AND SPECIALS MAY APPLY! CHECK ON-LINE AVAILABILITY AND QUOTES FOR UP-TO-DATE ACCURATE INFORMATION. This property rate is for 6 persons, and additional persons are $10 per person per night. All reservations are subject to applicable taxes and a cleaning fee.
STANDARD PEAK SEASON RATES (7/1 to 8/15, 12/24 to 1/2): $580 to $640 per night (depending on day of week and length of stay). A miminum stay of 3 nights is normally required, but shorter stays may be available. Check the on-line quote for availability of shorter stays.
STANDARD REGULAR SEASON RATES (5/16 to 6/30, 8/16 to 9/30, 1/3 to 3/31): Fridays and Saturdays are $580 per night, $500 per night for Sunday thru Thursday. A minimum stay of 2 nights required.
STANDARD VALUE SEASON RATES (4/1 to 5/20, 10/1 to 12/23): $500 per night. A minimum stay of 2 nights required.
SECURITY DEPOSIT : A security deposit is required, and is refunded within seven days upon successful completion of the rental.
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
