The four bedroom, two bath chalet is located in the Columbine Lake area, just moments from the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance and only two miles from Grand Lake. The open living room, dining room, and kitchen area feature a vaulted ceiling and balcony, perfect for your family gatherings. The cozy entrance offers a woodburning stove and seating for warming up after your outdoor adventures.

The ground floor includes the main entrance with stove and seating, two queen bedrooms, bedroom with twin trundle bed, and bath. The upstairs includes the newly remodeled kitchen, living room, dining area, balcony, king bedroom and bath. Television with cable is provided.

The kitchen is fully furnished and a clothes washer and dryer are included. Sorry, clubhouse and lake usage rights are not included.

RATES AND BOOKING INFORMATION: Rates and minimum requirements for length of stay depend upon the season and day of week. LAST MINUTE DEALS AND SPECIALS MAY APPLY! CHECK ON-LINE AVAILABILITY AND QUOTES FOR UP-TO-DATE ACCURATE INFORMATION. This property rate is for 6 persons, and additional persons are $10 per person per night. All reservations are subject to applicable taxes and a cleaning fee.
STANDARD PEAK SEASON RATES (7/1 to 8/15, 12/24 to 1/2): $200 to $225 per night (depending on day of week and length of stay). A miminum stay of 3 nights is normally required, but shorter stays may be available. Check the on-line quote for availability of shorter stays.
STANDARD REGULAR SEASON RATES (5/16 to 6/30, 8/16 to 9/30, 1/3 to 3/31): Fridays and Saturdays are $215 per night, $200 per night for Sunday thru Thursday. A minimum stay of 2 nights required.
STANDARD VALUE SEASON RATES (4/1 to 5/20, 10/1 to 12/23): $200 per night. A minimum stay of 2 nights required.
SECURITY DEPOSIT : A security deposit is required, and is refunded within seven days upon successful completion of the rental.
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
