The unique sleeping loft has two twin beds, ideal for the children's hideaway.Located 3 miles south of Grand Lake, you're a quick drive to Grand Lake dining and shopping. This is a pet-free, smoke-free property. The main entrance to this unit is on the second floor, with a first floor entrance to the lower bedroom. The interior access between floors is by built-in ladder. Dock usage or rights are not available.This property will accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children.

STANDARD PEAK SEASON RATES (7/1 to 8/15, 12/24 to 1/2): $235 to $250 per night (depending on day of week and length of stay). A miminum stay of 3 nights is normally required, but shorter stays may be available. Check the on-line quote for availability of shorter stays.
STANDARD REGULAR SEASON RATES (5/16 to 6/30, 8/16 to 9/30, 1/3 to 3/31): Fridays and Saturdays are $250 per night, $220 per night for Sunday thru Thursday. A minimum stay of 2 nights required.
SECURITY DEPOSIT : A security deposit is required, and is refunded within seven days upon successful completion of the rental.
