This two level condo is in Soda Springs Ranch, near Granby Lake and only 5 miles to Grand Lake. Fine dining at Caroline's Cuisine is a short walk away. This two bedroom, one and a half bath unit can comfortably accommodate up to six persons.The master bedroom features a king bed, and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The living room includes a full-size sofa sleeper. TV with cable, VCR and DVD is provided.This is a pet-free, smoke-free property. This is a two story property.This property will accommodate up to 6 persons.
RATES AND BOOKING INFORMATION: Rates and minimum requirements for length of stay depend upon the season and day of week. LAST MINUTE DEALS AND SPECIALS MAY APPLY! CHECK ON-LINE AVAILABILITY AND QUOTES FOR UP-TO-DATE ACCURATE INFORMATION. This property rate is for 4 persons, and additional persons are $10 per person per night. All reservations are subject to applicable taxes and a cleaning fee.
STANDARD PEAK SEASON RATES (7/1 to 8/15, 12/24 to 1/2): $150 to $175 per night (depending on day of week and length of stay). A miminum stay of 3 nights is normally required, but shorter stays may be available. Check the on-line quote for availability of shorter stays.
STANDARD REGULAR SEASON RATES (5/16 to 6/30, 8/16 to 9/30, 1/3 to 3/31): Fridays and Saturdays are $165 per night, $140 per night for Sunday thru Thursday. A minimum stay of 2 nights required.
STANDARD VALUE SEASON RATES (4/1 to 5/20, 10/1 to 12/23): $140 per night. A minimum stay of 2 nights required.
SECURITY DEPOSIT : A security deposit is required, and is refunded within seven days upon successful completion of the rental.
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
