This beautiful condo is located in town, near downtown shopping, dining and the lakefront. This two bedroom, two bath unit offers a ground floor entrance for convenience.This property is handicap friendly with first floor entrance, wide doors, handicap parking and bath grab bars.The condo has a king bedroom with private full bath, a bedroom with twin over double bunk, and a full-size sofa sleeper in the living room. The living room includes TV with cable and gas fireplace for those crisp mountain nights.The kitchen is fully equipped, and the balcony is equipped with table and chairs. Towels, linens, clothes washer, dryer and dishwasher are provided. This is a pet-free, smoke-free property.This property will accommodate up to 6 persons.
RATES AND BOOKING INFORMATION: Rates and minimum requirements for length of stay depend upon the season and day of week. LAST MINUTE DEALS AND SPECIALS MAY APPLY! CHECK ON-LINE AVAILABILITY AND QUOTES FOR UP-TO-DATE ACCURATE INFORMATION. This property rate is for 4 persons, and additional persons are $10 per person per night. All reservations are subject to applicable taxes and a cleaning fee.
STANDARD PEAK SEASON RATES (7/1 to 8/15, 12/24 to 1/2): $155 to $180 per night (depending on day of week and length of stay). A miminum stay of 3 nights is normally required, but shorter stays may be available. Check the on-line quote for availability of shorter stays.
STANDARD REGULAR SEASON RATES (5/16 to 6/30, 8/16 to 9/30, 1/3 to 3/31): Fridays and Saturdays are $170 per night, $145 per night for Sunday thru Thursday. A minimum stay of 2 nights required.
STANDARD VALUE SEASON RATES (4/1 to 5/20, 10/1 to 12/23): $150 per night. A minimum stay of 2 nights required.
SECURITY DEPOSIT : A security deposit is required, and is refunded within seven days upon successful completion of the rental.
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
