The kitchen is fully furnished and a clothes washer and dryer are available on-site.
This is a pet-free, smoke-free property. The entrance to this unit is on the second floor.
This three bedroom two bath property will accommodate up to 12 persons.

RATES AND BOOKING INFORMATION: Rates and minimum requirements for length of stay depend upon the season and day of week. LAST MINUTE DEALS AND SPECIALS MAY APPLY! STANDARD PEAK SEASON RATES (7/1 to 8/15, 12/24 to 1/2): $250 to $275 per night (depending on day of week and length of stay). A miminum stay of 3 nights is normally required, but shorter stays may be available. Check the on-line quote for availability of shorter stays.
STANDARD REGULAR SEASON RATES (5/16 to 6/30, 8/16 to 9/30, 1/3 to 3/31): Fridays and Saturdays are $260 per night, $240 per night for Sunday thru Thursday. A minimum stay of 2 nights required.
STANDARD VALUE SEASON RATES (4/1 to 5/20, 10/1 to 12/23): $240 per night. A minimum stay of 2 nights required.
SECURITY DEPOSIT : A security deposit is required, and is refunded within seven days upon successful completion of the rental.
