Located in the downtown area overlooking Grand Lake, this property is walking distance to downtown shopping, dining and the lakefront. The shared deck provides the best views of the lakefront and Yacht Club and is only fifty yards from the waterfront.
Relax just a few steps from the coffee shop on the docks, get ice cream or fudge at Polly's just around the corner, or rent a boat or kayak next door. Beautifully decorated with aspen and pine furniture, this studio features a queen bed and a queen-size futon. The kitchen and breakfast bar are fully equipped. Towels, linens, and dishwasher are provided. A clothes washer and dryer are available on-site. This is a pet-free, smoke-free property. The entrance to this unit is on the second floor. This property will accommodate up to 4 persons.

RATES AND BOOKING INFORMATION: Rates and minimum requirements for length of stay depend upon the season and day of week. LAST MINUTE DEALS AND SPECIALS MAY APPLY! CHECK ON-LINE AVAILABILITY AND QUOTES FOR UP-TO-DATE ACCURATE INFORMATION. This property rate is for 4 persons. All reservations are subject to applicable taxes and a cleaning fee.
STANDARD PEAK SEASON RATES (7/1 to 8/15, 12/24 to 1/2): $150 to $170 per night (depending on day of week and length of stay). A miminum stay of 3 nights is normally required, but shorter stays may be available. Check the on-line quote for availability of shorter stays.
STANDARD REGULAR SEASON RATES (5/16 to 6/30, 8/16 to 9/30, 1/3 to 3/31): Fridays and Saturdays are $160 per night, $140 per night for Sunday thru Thursday. A minimum stay of 2 nights required.
STANDARD VALUE SEASON RATES (4/1 to 5/20, 10/1 to 12/23): $140 per night. A minimum stay of 2 nights required.
SECURITY DEPOSIT : A security deposit is required, and is refunded within seven days upon successful completion of the rental.
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
