The condo's main level features the living, dining and kitchen area with a balcony overlooking the river. The main level bedroom has a master suite with queen bed and full bath. The loft offers two twin beds and a full bath. A full-size sofa-sleeper is provided in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the balcony is equipped with table and chairs. Towels, linens, clothes washer, dryer and dishwasher are provided. This is a pet-free, smoke-free property. The entrance to this condo is on the second floor. This property will accommodate up to 6 persons.
RATES AND BOOKING INFORMATION: Rates and minimum requirements for length of stay depend upon the season and day of week. LAST MINUTE DEALS AND SPECIALS MAY APPLY! STANDARD PEAK SEASON RATES (7/1 to 8/15, 12/24 to 1/2): $205 to $225 per night (depending on day of week and length of stay). A miminum stay of 3 nights is normally required, but shorter stays may be available. Check the on-line quote for availability of shorter stays.
STANDARD REGULAR SEASON RATES (5/16 to 6/30, 8/16 to 9/30, 1/3 to 3/31): Fridays and Saturdays are $200 per night, $190 per night for Sunday thru Thursday. A minimum stay of 2 nights required.
STANDARD VALUE SEASON RATES (4/1 to 5/20, 10/1 to 12/23): $190 per night. A minimum stay of 2 nights required.
SECURITY DEPOSIT : A security deposit is required, and is refunded within seven days upon successful completion of the rental.
