Just 6 blocks to the Santa Fe Plaza and minutes to the Ski area, this newly furnished 1 bedroom, 1 full bath condo unit has central A/C, a full Kitchen, washer & dryer, and a garden patio area. Enjoy the leather sofa & chair in the living room to relax and read a good book, the fully-equipped kitchen with all small appliances necessary to have a nice meal, and a queen bedroom with French doors to back courtyard. The living room opens to the lovely garden courtyard area. Central air conditioning for added comfort. This property is Non-smoking & No Pets allowed.
