Situated just north of the Plaza and on the way to the Santa Fe Ski area, this 2,000 square foot townhome has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and features two kiva fireplaces. This lovely home is ideally located in the Estancia Primera area featuring smooth hard trowel plaster walls, tile floors, big picture windows,and a stunning copper top dining table. The floorplan is designed with plenty of open space for freindly interactions. An office with two desks provides not only a place to work but also has a sofa bed and can serve as a den.A large covered patio area provides a place for outdoor dining. From it, one can enjoy the sunsets views. A swimming pool and tennis court for the use of those residing at Estancia Primera is just a block away.Whether you want to spend time shopping at the Plaza, hiking the mountian trails or skiing the slopes of New Mexico famed powder, Los Nidos offers you easy access to the areas that are of interest to you.
