This restored 80-100 year old classic Santa Fe adobe home has many dramatic features. The architecture of Casa Magica displays a history with rich ties to the Santa Fe art community. This structure is built in the old style of using adobe blocks and vigas beams. Originally owned by a famous Santa Fe artist this property was split into 4 different art studios, which would explain the main house having 1 bedroom, 3 baths, 2 kiva firepalces, kitchen living, dining. The master bedroom is upstairs with loft seating. It has TV, DVD, stereo, and wireless internet. The attached casita is perfect for your guests since the bedroom offers a trundle bed. It has living, kitchen,bedroom with kiva fireplace and bath. The beautiful outdoor walled patio features a gas grill and outside fireplace. Enjoy the conversations this beatiful original adobe home will spark as you relax on the private patio under the Santa Fe skies!
