Big pluses include a Game Room with Pool Table and Foosball Table, a Jennaire Range, separate pantry, large common area. Master bedroom has a lovely sleigh bed, walk-in closet and large wall-mounted TV. Living room has wonderful set of leather sofas for the ultimate in relaxing! Flat access with lots of parking (covered parking for 1 car) and room to park a boat. Medium-sized deck in front with awning; shaded area in back for barbecuing and gathering. Overhead fan in Living Room and 3 TVs with cable. Nice video library for your entertainment. New 500 sq. ft. redwood deck in back yard. The best of the best!Additional $100.00 deposit required for Pets in addition to Pet Fee.For those considering booking multiple units, Joaquin 47 and Mother Lode 111 are just a block away.Cabin Layout: Two-Story.
