The Shamrock Beach home in Venice Beach FL is a nicely furnished 3 bedroom house with comfy furniture, high speed internet and 32 inch plasma tv. It also has a wonderful heated pool and caged in lanai.
Our Shamrock Beach house is located across from Shamrock Park and close to the private South Venice beach. Shamrock Park has tennis courts, basketball courts, playgrounds, hiking trails and a nature center.
Surrounded by gardens and fruit trees, our Sunset Beach Venice Florida villa is a very large Florida house features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Plus the living room has an amazing 32 inch plasma tv and high speed internet. And, the sofa converts into a queen sleeper that sleeps 2.
The master bedroom has a king size bed (sleeps 2). The second large bedroom has a double bed (sleeps 2) and also new furniture. Our third bedroom has 2 twin beds (sleeps 2).
Our Shamrock Beach house also has a washer and dryer and central air conditioning. Plus, of course electric heat for the rare nights in winter when the temperature declines. The pool is also heated for your comfort.
The Shamrock Beach house is a short drive to the Venice Pier and Sharkys seafood restaurant and the Venice Pier where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the sunset. If you have a dog, it is a short car ride to Venice's famous dog beach - Brohard Paw Park. Our house is located at 3799 Shamrock Drive in Venice Florida 34293. To view click on our "Map" function.
