Located on the 4th floor of a 6th floor building, this single-level floor plan is accessible by both elevator and stairs and provides 1700 square feet of exquisitely detailed living space.
As you enter the foyer you are greeted by a brand-new 46" LCD HDTV (which includes a DVR/Tivo, BluRay Disc Player and BOSE surround sound system), 9-foot ceilings, tiled floors and an interior designed to offer luxurious relaxation. Head down the hall and you will get your first glimpse of the ocean.
This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 443 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida. This is building 4, fourth floor of a sixth floor building. We also manage unit 442 which is next door and condo 453 (5th floor) 461 & 462 (6th floor).
Relax in our 3 bedroom luxury condo that sleeps 8 guests and includes an ocean view and golf course view from the front of our condo. We also have high speed cable Internet with a wireless router for 3x faster speed for guests who bring their lap top computers. Plus, the condo has a phone for free domestic phone calls, a baby/toddler Pack n Play and a infant/toddler high chair
The open floor plan allows easy access to the dining and living areas with views throughout. The living room also includes a brand new 46" LCD HDTV with 40 high definition channels including all HBO and showtime channels. The dining area is ready for casual or more formal dining, whatever you prefer. Our kitchen is spacious and is fully equipped. All cookware and tableware is included. Generous seating space is provided in the living area for you and your guests to relax. Enjoy the HDTV, a Blue Ray Disc or music on our BOSE surround system while inside, or step outside and relax on the large balcony/terrace and smell the sea breeze.
The oceanfront balcony is probably the true highlight for any guest. With comfortable chairs and a table, this may be the only place you dine during your vacation. Enjoy views of the ocean front Ocean Hammock 8th hole and also the ocean waves.
The 3 bedrooms include a Master with a pillow top king bed, 42" plasma tv set, private bath, tub and separate shower, as well as his/hers vanities. The guest bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the unit for more privacy. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and flat screen tv set. Bedroom #3 has 2 twins and a flat screen tv set. The living room has a queen sofa bed sleeper (sleeps 2)
The Cinnamon Beach resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an amazing ocean-front pool for adults, a second large pool for families with a gradual "zero" slope entrance for kids, a water "splash zone" for kids, a fitness center, a recreation center, a snack bar, a game room, and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails.
Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is a private course known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock are numerous challenging public golf courses. Please email us for a free list.
