Road test the best of the best while it’s brand new! This lovely, large condo was recently refurbished with all new furniture.
Enjoy the massive space available in this corner unit. It’s big, with over 2,400 square feet of play space. Cleverly laid out in a split plan, everyone gets to enjoy 3 full bathrooms and plenty of privacy too. Eight guests will sleep comfortably on a king bed (master bedroom), queen bed (bedroom two), two twins (bedroom three) and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
While the master suite is at the back of the condo, the other guest rooms are towards the front foyer. There, your kids or grandkids can stay up until all hours sharing stories or watching movies without disturbing anybody. (And you can sneak out to the balcony for a quiet nightcap!)
Highlighting the best in local style, the open living area has handsome furniture with an old-worldly tropical touch. Palm motifs, picked up in artwork, bed linens and cushions throughout the condo, are an appropriate nod to your surroundings.
The living room is bright and, even with spacious seating for your whole group, has plenty of carpet space left to play or stretch out. Enjoy a movie together cuddled on the large couch.
Fantastic dining chairs, upholstered in a bold floral print, can easily be rearranged while entertaining. Seat up to six around the circular dining table, the glass top of which reflects lovely light and makes the space feel even bigger.
As the sun comes around and hits your balcony in the afternoon, agree that it’s five o’clock somewhere and head to your gourmet kitchen to whip up some cocktails or a chilled glass of wine. Guacamole is an easy fix, too, as all cookware and appliances are provided. The nearby Publix supermarket is a quick dash, with underground parking just an elevator ride downstairs.
Of particular appeal in this unit is the kitchen’s bright breakfast nook. Only corner units boast this feature – a lovely spot for reading the paper, checking email on your laptop or having an impromptu chat. The kitchen, inexplicably, is always the gathering point amongst family and friends and this added space is truly convenient.
