Located on the top floor/penthouse of a 6th floor building, this single-level floor plan features soaring cathedral ceilings, an interior designed to offer luxurious relaxation, and expansive ocean views right outside the living room and from the master bedroom, where on can enjoy viewing pelicans, dolphins, and even, occasionally, whales, right from the deck.
This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 662 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida. This is building 6 (close to the pools). We also manage 663 (next door - 6th floor) and 665 (end unit - 6th floor), perfect for families traveling together.
Relax in our 3 bedroom, two bathroom luxury condo that sleeps 8 guests, has lounge chairs and a table seating eight on its large deck, with full ocean views.
The unit is well equipped technologically, with high speed cable Internet (including wireless) for guests who bring their lap top computers. And there are large TV's with DVD players in the living room and master bedroom, as well as TVs in each bedroom, enabling guests their own entertainment.
The open floor plan allows easy access to the dining and living areas with views throughout. The dining area is ready for casual or more formal dining, whatever you prefer. Our kitchen is spacious and is fully equipped. The tropical, ocean-themed decor, invites relaxation, as does the generous seating space in the living area.
The oceanfront balcony is probably the true highlight for any guest. With lounge chairs and a table, this may be the only place you dine during your vacation.
The Master bedroom has a king sized bed, private bath, tub and separate shower, as well as his/hers vanities. The guest bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the unit for more privacy. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and bedroom #3 has 2 two twin beds. The couch in living room converts into a queen sleeper bed (sleeps 2)
The Cinnamon Beach resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an amazing ocean-front pool for adults, a second large pool for families with a gradual "zero" slope entrance for kids, a water "splash zone" for kids, a first-rate fitness center that includes a large, flat screen television, a recreation center, a game room (including fooseball table, airhockey, and a billiard table) and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails. ( The pools are 1 block away. )
Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is a private course known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock are numerous challenging public golf courses. Please email us for a free list.
