This penthouse condo is located on the 6th floor of a 6th floor building and provides 1910 square feet of exquisitely detailed living space. This unit features cathedral ceilings, polished oak floors and an interior designed to offer the utmost in luxurious relaxation. Head down the hall and you will be overtaken by the spectacular view of the ocean as the waves make their way onto the cinnamon colored sand. This unit sits on top of the 8th green of the world renowned Jack Nicklaus designed ocean golf course overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 462 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida. This is building 4 (with views of the golf course and ocean), sixth floor of a sixth floor building.
Relax in our 3 bedroom luxury condo that sleeps 6 guests and includes an ocean view from the front of our condo. We also have high speed cable Internet for guests who bring their lap top computers.
The open floor plan allows easy access to the dining and living areas with views throughout. The dining area is ready for casual or more formal dining, whatever you prefer. Our kitchen is spacious and is fully equiped. All cookware and tableware is included. Generous seating space is provided in the living area for you and your guests to relax. Enjoy the large HDTV, a DVD and/or music while inside, or step outside and relax on the large balcony/terrace and smell the sea breeze.
The oceanfront balcony is probably the true highlight for any guest. With comfortable chairs and a table, this may be the only place you dine during your vacation. Enjoy the sound of the surf, the smell of the crisp salt air and the sight of moonlight shimmering on the ocean.
The 3 bedrooms include a Master with a pillow top king bed, tv set, private bath, tub and separate shower, as well as his/hers vanities. The guest bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the unit for more privacy. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and tv set/dvd player. Bedroom #3 has 2 twins and a tv set/dvd player.
The Cinnamon Beach resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an amazing ocean-front pool for adults, a second large pool for families with a gradual "zero" slope entrance for kids, a water "splash zone" for kids, a fitness center, a recreation center, a game room, and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails. ( The pools are 1 block away. )
Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is a private course known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock are numerous challenging public golf courses. Please email us for a free list.
