Beach towels and groceries are the only items you’ll need to self-cater; a fully equipped kitchen takes the guess-work out of choosing a child-friendly restaurant and, once they’re in bed, you have a gorgeous balcony on which to enjoy a glass of wine. Overlooking the Ocean Hammock Lake, the sunset views are thrown in for free.
This condo provides total comfort, whatever the weather. Alternate between air conditioning, ceiling fans or drawing the blinds closed, depending on your preference.
Cleverly divided into three areas, your open-plan living space includes a living/family room, dining area and an inviting kitchen. You’ll enjoy a much greater sense of togetherness than you might at home, even when they’re all ‘doing their own thing’. A large living room has a long, cushioned couch and two arm chairs. There’s plenty of room for everyone in your group to enjoy a movie or board game together.
A dining table seats your family comfortably. Upholstered wooden chairs ring a glass-topped ‘pineapple palm’ base. During the day this table can handily double as a cool, indoor retreat for playing cards or for use as a desk. High-speed wireless Internet is provided, you need only bring your laptop (or ban technology all together - if you dare!)
The kitchen’s U-shaped counters accommodate even the most ambitious of meal plans - just try to get too many chefs in here. Your blender, your toaster and an in-built microwave sit ready and waiting.

Your guests have equally comfortable accommodations in bedrooms two and three, furnished with a queen and two twin beds, respectively. Two large pools are separately designated for family use and adult use. Recommended day trips include nearby St. Augustine and all the excitement of Daytona.

This is building 10, fifth floor. We also manage Unit 1053, 1054 (5th floor). Perfect for families and groups traveling together.
