Our luxurious condo overlooks the 8th hole of the Ocean Hammock Golf Club Resort, a stunning and challenging golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. Best of all, our Palm Coast Florida condo overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and is just a few steps away from cinnamon colored sand of Ocean Hammock’s private beach.
This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 142 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida (which is south of St. Augustine & north of Daytona Beach Florida). This is building 1, fourth floor (4th floor - unit 142). We also manage units 143 and 144 (4th floor), for groups looking to be together in the same building.
Relax in our 3 bedroom luxury condo that sleeps 8 guests and includes ocean view from the front of our condo. Our 4th floor luxury condo is accessible by both elevator and stairs and features 1910 square feet of elegantly appointed and furnished living space. The kitchen provides all the necessities and is nicely accented with granite countertops. (Note: This unit has free local phone access for guests who want Internet access.)
The open floor plan allows easy access to the dining and living areas with views throughout. The dining area is ready for casual or more formal dining, whatever you prefer. Generous seating space is provided in the living area for you and your guests to relax. Enjoy the TV, a DVD and/or music while inside, or step outside and relax on the large balcony/terrace and smell the sea breeze. Enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail on our balcony fresco dining table as players try to navigate the challenging Ocean Hammock Golf Club.
The three bedrooms include a master with a pillow top king bed, tv set, private bath, tub and separate shower, as well as his/hers vanities. The guest bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the unit for more privacy, and include one with a queen size bed, and one with 2 twins. The sofa opens to a queen bed for extra sleeping space (sleeps 2).
The Cinnamon Beach resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an amazing ocean-front pool for adults, a second large pool for families with a gradual "zero" slope entrance for kids, a water "splash zone" for kids, a fitness center, a recreation center, a game room, and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails. ( The pools are 1 block away. )
Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is a private course known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock are numerous challenging public golf courses. Please email us for a free list.
