GOLF AND OCEAN VIEWS ON EAST COAST WITH BRAND NEW HDTV.This high-end professionally decorated condo overlooks the 8th hole of the Ocean Hammock Golf Club Resort, a stunning and challenging golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. Best of all, our Palm Coast Florida condo overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and is just a few steps away from cinnamon colored sand of Ocean Hammock’s private beach. And, it now includes a new electric BBQ grill on the patio.
This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 122 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida (which is on the East Coast of Florida - south of St. Augustine & north of Daytona Beach Florida). This is building 1, second floor (unit 122). We also manage units 121 (next door) for groups looking to be together in the same building.
Relax in our 3 bedroom luxury condo that was professionally decorated in a tropical "Tommy Bahama" style and includes ocean and golf course views from the balcony. Our 2nd floor luxury condo is accessible by both elevator and stairs and features 1900 square feet of elegantly appointed and furnished living space. The kitchen provides all the necessities and is nicely accented with granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Plus, we have high speed Internet and a desk for guests who bring their lap top computers. And, it now includes a new electric BBQ grill on the patio.
The open floor plan allows easy access to the dining and living areas with views throughout. The dining area is ready for casual or more formal dining. Generous seating space is provided in the living area for you and your guests to relax. Enjoy the TV, a DVD and/or music while inside, or step outside and relax on the large balcony/terrace and smell the sea breeze. Enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail on our balcony fresco dining table with seats for 6 as players try to navigate the challenging Ocean Hammock Golf Club.
The three bedrooms include a master with a pillow top king bed, tv set & DVD/VCR player, private bath, tub and separate shower, as well as his/hers vanities. The guest bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the unit for more privacy, and include one with a queen size bed and tv set & DVD/VCR player, and one with 2 twins and a tv set & DVD/VCR player. The sofa opens to a queen bed for extra sleeping space (sleeps 2).
The Cinnamon Beach resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an amazing ocean-front pool for adults, a second large pool for families with a gradual "zero" slope entrance for kids, a water "splash zone" for kids, a fitness center, a recreation center, a game room, and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails.
Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is a private course known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock are numerous challenging public golf courses. Please email us for a free list.
