Located on the 4th floor, this single-level floor plan is accessible by both elevator and stairs and provides 2300 square feet of exquisitely detailed living space. As you enter the foyer you are greeted by 9-foot ceilings, and an interior thoughtfully planned to offer luxurious relaxation. Head down the hall and you will get your first glimpse of the ocean and the 61 inch HD TV.
This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 545 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida. This is building 5, end unit fourth floor (of a six floor building). We also manage unit 544 (next door - 4th floor) and 542. Large families and large groups can rent these two units together.
The large oceanfront balcony is probably the true highlight for any guest. With comfortable chairs that can accommodate guests, this may be the only place you dine during your vacation.
The kitchen, with granite countertops, is a well-equipped gourmet kitchen full of amenities. There is also a breakfast nook effectively doubling the size of the already spacious kitchen. The kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms that have spectacular ocean views. The dining room is ready for candle light dinners, family gatherings or anything in between.
The living room has generous amounts of seating arranged to take advantage of the breathtaking ocean views as well as a fully equipped entertainment center and 61 inch HD TV and includes a small seletion of DVD's in video library. The condo also includes high speed wireless cable internet. And, the phone allows FREE unlimited long distance calls to anywhere in the US and Canada.
The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths are a split plan for more privacy. The master suite off the living room has a king size bed (sleeps 2) from which you can watch TV (DVD & VCR too) or enjoy ocean views. The master bath has separate vanities, a large tub, and a separate shower stall. Down the hallway are two beautifully decorated & comfortable guest bedrooms, each with its own private bath plus TVs with DVD players. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed (sleeps 2) and TV and DVD/VCR player and a private bedroom. The 3rd bedroom has two singles (sleeps 2) and a bunk bed with one single at top and one double on bottom (sleeps 3) and a TV and DVD/VCR player. Plus, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The unit also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
Our condo is located 1 block from the two Cinnamon beach pools. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. It includes a large swimming pool, a viewing tower overlooking the ocean, and chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach. The livelier Lake Clubhouse includes fitness facilities, a family pool area with a gradual slope for kids which includes a "water play, splash zone", a teen center, and an entertainment room, all with views of the fresh-water lake.
Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is a private course known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock are numerous challenging public golf courses. Please email us for a free list.
