Plus, it has a completely renovated living room with hardwood floors, a dining room, a brand new renovated kitchen and a wonderful sunroom.
The master bedroom has a king size bed (sleeps 2) and has all new furniture including dressers. The second large bedroom has a double bed (sleeps 2) and also new furniture. Our third bedroom has 2 twin beds (sleeps 2) that are also brand new dressers. Plus, all bedrooms have good sized closets.
Our Sunset Venice beach rental house is fully loaded with contemporary new living room furniture, with a very nice couch, cable TV, kitchen appliances and sunroom with comfy furniture including a couch and lounge chairs. Plus, the back yard is filled with trees and flowers and is much more private than a vacation condo or apartment.
Our Sunset Venice Florida Holiday Villa also has a washer and dryer and central air conditioning. Plus, of course electric heat for the rare nights in winter when the temperature declines. And, electric heat for the pool.
The Sunset Venice FL Holiday Villa is only 3 blocks to Shamrock Park and is a short drive to the Venice Pier and Sharkys seafood restaurant and the Venice Pier where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the sunset.
Our Sunset Venice Florida rentals home is pet friendly as we have a fenced in back yard. If you have a dog, it is a short car ride to Venice's famous dog beach - Brohard Paw Park.
