JUST LISTED! This huge 4+ bedroom, 3 bathroom house is across from Roberts Bay at 601 Laguna Drive - the most desireable address in all of Venice! In fact, from our front yard you can watch boats sail along the gorgeous Roberts Bay and enjoy our neighbor's multi million dollar estates.
This beautiful homes is only a 4 blocks walk to the charming town of Venice filled with coffee shops, wine bars, art stores, antique shops and fine restaurants. Our house is also only a 5 block walk to the beach. Plus, we've added high speed cable Internet for guests who bring their laptop. Plus, we have a brand new heated pool and screened in lanai area.
Our Laguna Mansion home is located on the island of Venice Beach Florida and surrounded by gardens and fruit trees. It is a beautiful Florida vacation rental house and has 6 bedrooms (sleeps 14) and 2 sleeper beds (sleeps 4).
Our Laguna Mansion has a nice living room, a marble foyer, an additional family room, and best of all an enormous sun room with a two tables for 4 and a bar area serviced by the kitchen. Plus, you can play cards or sip a glass of wine in our airconditioned 2 room cabana and game house right next to our house. Our home is fully loaded with brand new living room furniture with a very nice couch, cable TV, kitchen appliances (including dishwasher and disposal) and an outdoor patio with comfy furniture including lounge chairs.
Bedroom #1 has a king sized bed (sleeps 2), new furniture, and a TV set. Bedroom #2 has 2 queen beds (sleeps 4). The third bedroom features 2 twin beds (sleeps 2), the fourth bedroom features 2 queen beds (sleeps 4). Our air conditioned 2 room cabana house can be used for two more bedroom and has 2 queen futon beds (sleeps 4). Plus, the house has 1 other queen sleeper bed (sleeps 2) in the sunroom. All 3 bathrooms are full size and have showers. One also has a bath tub/shower combination.
The back yard includes a very cool cabana with a tables, chairs and sofa where you can play cards. We also have a washer and dryer and central air conditioning. Plus, we even have electric heat for the rare nights in winter when the temperature declines. And we have a brand new heated pool and patio and screened in lanai area.
Our Venice Florida rental beach house is also a short 4 block walk to the exclusive Golden Beach in Venice and a few minutes walk to downtown Venice. It is also only a 15 minute walk on the beach to the Venice Pier and Sharkys where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the sunset. And it is a quick walk to the famous Venice Dog Beach - Brohard Paw Park
