LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Our Venice Florida beach vacation rental home is a 1.5 blocks walk to Casey Key's Nokomis state beach park one of the best beaches in Florida - offering nearly a 1000 feet of sandy white beach, restroom facilities, outdoor showers and lifeguards.
Imagine yourself walking only 1 block to the intercoastal to watch sail boats, fish and enjoy waterside dining at two fabulous seafood restaurants. AND, we've just added high speed and wireless Internet for guests who bring their laptop. Best of all, our Venice Florida beach vacation home is loaded with brand new furniture, a new TV, new kitchen appliances, a washer & dryer. It also has central airconditioning, ceiling fans, and electric heat for those rare nights when it is cool.
Our Sunrise home contains 1 full size bedroom with a queen bed. We also have a second smaller bedroom with a queen bed and 2 brand new day beds in the Sunroom. The house can sleep a total of 6 people (or 8 people if you double up on the day bed couches). The bathroom is full size with a tub and shower combination.
Our Florida vacation beach home also includes a modern kitchen, a separate dining room and a living room with brand new couches and a new television. Plus, there is a great screened in porch at the front with comfy lounge furniture. This screened in porch has airconditioning. Or, you can open the windows and let in the Gulf Ocean breeze. Plus, we have a wonderful back yard patio with fruit trees and a charcoal grill. Our back yard is also fenced in for privacy and is pet and dog friendly.
Our Venice Florida beach vacation rental house is located at 908 Albee road in Nokomis Florida which is 2 miles north of Venice Beach, Florida and 10 miles south of Sarasota Florida. Plus, we are only a 1 block walk to two wonderful seafood restaurants overlooking the bay including Pelican Bay which has excellent food and Pops Sunset Grill which has an outdoor bar and very affordable drinks.
Our Venice Florida vacation rental cottage is also a 15 minute walk to the North Jetty Park which overlooks the Venice Florida Bay and is a romantic place to watch the sunset or to watch the boats sail into the Gulf Ocean. To locate this on Mapquest, type in: 908 Albee Road, Nokomis Florida.
