White Sands is a beautiful direct gulf front penthouse condo located on prestigious West Gulf Drive. White Sands is a private 14-unit complex with heated swimming pool, tennis court and barbecue grills. Ding Darling Wildlife Preserve is near and the Bailey Tract is walking distance. The condo is situated in a three-story building with an elevator. White Sands has living and dining areas, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, den with a queen sleep sofa, lanai with outdoor furniture and a ground floor cabana near the pool. The condominium includes a fully equipped kitchen, stereo system, unlimited long distance telephone service and high speed internet. There is a new 32' TV in the den and 42’ plasma in the living room. In addition there are 3 DVD players one of which is a blue ray. Linens and beach towels are provided as well as games and books. New appliances include a quiet clothes dryer, refrigerator with icemaker and sanitizing dishwasher. In the cabana you will discover a half bath, drying rack and additional patio furniture. Enjoy the Gulf and beach with the floats, toys, shelling basket, colorful umbrellas and beach chairs. As our guest, you will experience privacy, comfortable accommodations, and million dollar views of the Gulf of Mexico.**This condominium requires a 7 night minimum stay**
