A formal dining room, large eat-in kitchen, sun porch, fireplace, central AC, satellite TV, patio and perennial gardens. Secluded on 5 very private acres overlooking pond and meadow views. Amenities include private beach cabana, Association beach with two docks, two association tennis courts, and miles of walking and riding trails. Ferry tickets for some weeks please inquire.
