The apartment is not far from the Old Town with the Piazza Duomo (1.7 km), the Piazza della Signoria and the old palac (Palazzo Vecchio, 1.9 km). The splendid capital of Renacimiento is one of the most important and most visited artistic towns in the world with countless monuments and operas. You will find one of the most famous in Duomo with the Brunelleschi dome, the museum "degli Uffize", the Piazza della Signoria, the Ponte Vecchio, the Pitti and Strozzi palaces, the Santa Croce and Santa Maria Novella churches. Artistic handicrafts on offer include articles made of ceramic, leather and paper. Famous, historical, busy city with 350'000 inhabitants, in a valley, on the Arno river, in a central position, 100 km south from Bologna, 65 km north from Siena. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Access: motorway A1 Milano (Bologna) - Roma. Railway station in the resort. For arrivals by plane: airport "A. Vespucci" (FLR) 5 km.
