Vacation Rental Details: Rent is $2000 to $2650/month depending on the season. Additional fees include: $125 exit cleaning fee; $35 processing fee; 12.5% state and local taxes. A security deposit of $1000 is required. The security deposit is refunded after a damage free-inspection following departure. There is a $100 condo application fee to cover the cost of a credit and background check. Utilities Cap/Mo: There is a cap on the utilities of $200 for electricity. The owner pays up to this amount. If there is an overage, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill will be provided. Rates and fees are subject to change prior to confirmation of reservation.
