Venetian Shores is a waterfront community with beautiful homes and is located on Plantation Key at MM 86 on the bayside. The Snake Creed drawbridge offers convenient access for all size boats to either the ocean or bayside waters. The moment you drive up to this CBS (concrete block stucco) stilt home and park your car on the brick paved and palm tree lined driveway you will begin to smile with delight. In the back there’s a deepwater dock with room to park a 40' boat. The dock features fresh water, electric power and a fish cleaning station. After a day of boating you can shower in the ground level bathroom before retiring to the upper living levels.
This marvelous home features a huge gourmet kitchen with every amenity - stainless steel side by side refrigerator, wall oven, warming drawer, microwave, electric cooking center with overhead venting system. The ample sized gathering room includes the gourmet kitchen, dining area and comfortably furnished conversation area. Nearby is the entertainment room where you can view the latest sports event on the big screened TV and relax in comfort on the overstuffed sofas. In addition to the entertainment, cooking and laundry areas of the main level there is a half bath and two bedroom suites.
All bedrooms have their own private bath and customized closets. The master suite is located on the upper floor and features a king sized bed, TV, private balcony, huge jetted tub, double sized shower and walk-in customized closets. Additional features include security system, marble flooring, and a wraparound covered balcony accessed through several sets of French doors. Plantation shutters on the impact resistant windows and doors not only look beautiful, but provide protection against the sun and storms. This is one home you will want to return to again and again.

Vacation Rental Details: Rent is $5200 to $6500/month depending on the season. Additional fees include: $250 exit cleaning fee; $35 processing fee; 11.5% state and local taxes. A security deposit of $1500 is required. The security deposit is refunded after a damage-free inspection following departure. Utility Caps/Mo: There is a cap on the utilities of $150 for water and $200 for electricity. The owner pays up to this amount. If there is an overage, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill will be provided. Rates and fees are subject to change prior to confirmation of reservation. Lease Details: A lease is required. The monthly rent will be $4200/mo plus utilities. An application and fee of $75 per adult applicant is required. This fee covers credit and criminal background reports. Applicants will be notified within 3 days of submitting application if approved or not. The first months rent and $8400 security are required prior to move in.
