Located in Ocean Crest, a delightful ocean-to-sound Duck community, this custom home, built in 2001, is on a quiet cul-de-sac close to the beach. The natural beauty of Ocean Crest with its many bayberries, live oaks and winding central access road provides privacy and serenity. The home is only a short walk, jog, or ride away from the restaurants and shops in Duck Village. It is beautifully decorated and features quality architectural details throughout. You will enjoy the private beach access with parking, as well as a community pool and tennis court, also with parking. Of course, the home has its own private pool with hot tub for relaxing when you return from the beach. The pool remains open so it can be enjoyed during those "Indian Summer" days of fall. The many windows provide for a bright and airy home while allowing the sound of the ocean to lull you to sleep at night. Visit once and you will want to enjoy the unique charms of Ducks In A Row year after year.
