Ponte Del Sogno is a luxury oceanfront villa set on just under 2 acres in exclusive Silly Creek.
Acess to this property is through a gated entrance just off Silly Creek Drive, this property has 2 driveways, one leads to a wooden bridge that takes you to the main oceanfront villa - the other leads you up the side of the property to the garage and parking areas.
This property features 3 oceanfront buildings, 4 master bedrooms - one with a King bed and the other three feature 2 Queen beds in each suite.
Featuring: infinity edge HEATED private pool, thatch roof garage, poolside gas BBQ, poolside basketball net, 6 flat screen TV's (all TV's have cable), two indoor/outdoor stereo systems both with i-pod docking stations, numerous pool toys, DVD, VCR, wireless internet, alarm system, two outdoor showers (one at the ocean and pool area and one off the private master bedroom suite), a dozen outdoor teak lounge chairs with cushions, outdoor unbrellas for shade, two outdoor dining tables that seat 8, three entryways to the ocean (one dock, one stone steps, one metal steps from lookout deck).
Gourmet kitchen in the main house has bar seating for four, cooking island, gas stovetop, microwave, wall oven, full set of plastic (poolside) and ceramic (indoor) dishes and glasses plus wooden dish-sets, small-appliance pantry stocked with too many items to list, numerous serving platters and bake-ware, ice maker, dishwasher, filtered water taps. There is a full size washer and dryer, laundry basin plus ironing area located just off the kitchen.
Dining room indoor tables seat 12, outdoor dining poolside seats an additional 12. Living area has 2 seating areas plus cards and games table, flat screen TV with cable, DVD, CD and VCR players, plenty of games, cards and a book library for guests to enjoy.
Master bedroom is very private and features a stunning King poster bed, ocean view patio area with hammock and outdoor Hunter ceiling fan, telephone, flat screen TV with cable, air conditioning. Bathroom features a double sink vanity with makeup dressing area and seat, walk-in closet with built-in drawers and shelving, fully stocked linen closet (sheet sets and towels), separate toilet area, full size bathtub, glass brick indoor shower and private garden outdoor shower.
