This luxurious new home is set on a quiet wooded lot with just a short walk to the shared association beach. Three spacious levels bring together the best of leisure and recreation with indoor games and outdoor activities. Some of the amenities include an observatory sunroom with a wet bar and a telescope for star gazing. Retreat to the basement for ping pong, foosball, or air hockey. Soak in the outdoor hot tub, relax by the fire, or enjoy the sun on the huge deck. Miles of walking, biking, and wildlife, the choices are endless!

This home rents on a Sunday to Sunday schedule in the summer beginning June 21. Shorter stays may be available.
