Plumeria Hideaway is the affectionate name for a one bedroom one bath garden level Maui Vista condominium apartment that sleeps four guests with air conditioning, a jetted whirlpool bathtub, luxurious beds and linens, upscale kitchen, and high speed wireless internet service.
This convenient resort is situated in the heart of Kihei on Maui Island where it is just across the street from beautiful sandy swimming beaches. This friendly and easy-going resort has multiple swimming pools, tennis courts, plentiful free parking, and restaurants and stores within walking distance.
Plumeria Hideaway was just extensively updated and re-designed. An end unit that has air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom, it has the look of a villa accommodation that should cost hundreds of dollars more per night. Come and enjoy a truly luxurious but affordable vacation hideaway with fabulous beds, high thread-count all cotton linens, down pillows, down duvet, polished ceramic tile floors, a jetted whirlpool deep soaking bathtub, stainless steel appliances, Bose stereo with digital cable and DVD/CD player, iPod iHome alarm clock radios, large flat panel television, leather sofas, washer/dryer, iron/board, ceiling fans, full size dishwasher, and good quality tableware.
We have just added a new MacPro computer with a 30" Apple cinema display and loaded with the latest software. This has over 15,000 songs on iTunes and over 200 new feature movies. All of which can be played through the Bose Stereo system and LCD TV via Apple TV. For the musically inclined we have a brand new Fender acoustic guitar (not a toy!) available along with several new board games.
For your sleeping comfort there is a queen bed in the private bedroom and another queen wall bed in the living room. The wall bed can be put away when not needed. It has a TrueForm by Sealy Posturepedic memory foam mattress that is very comfortable to sleep on. It is a significant upgrade over other villas with standard thin sofa beds. In total, Plumeria Hideaway can comfortably sleep 4 guests. There are abundant good quality pillows including down pillows, thick luxurious mattress pads, all-cotton high thread-count linens, down duvets, and cotton blankets. This is 5 star living at very reasonable prices!
You may enter your villa directly from the garden or from the pool and tennis court side of the building. This ground floor unit is easily accessible without having to use stairs or elevators. You are also just steps away from the parking area, but green landscaping helps to provide privacy for this garden level setting.
Outside is a lovely newly tiled patio that flows out to a grass lawn and garden area. It is set up with an outdoor chaise lounge chair, and a table and chair set for alfresco dining. A rain-proof tropical thatched umbrella provides shade and shelter for dining under the open skies. Just outside of the front door of Plumeria is one of three BBQ pavilions with built in table area to relax at while cooking or dinning. Three separate swimming pools and six tennis courts are a hop and skip through the tropical landscaped grounds.
We understand that quality entertainment is important while on vacation, so in the living room we provide a large wall-mounted LCD TV with digital cable, DVR, Bose Surround Sound DVD/CD/Stereo player, high speed wired and wireless internet access. In the bedroom is an iPod iHome Alarm Clock Radio with quality sound speakers.
If you choose to check in with the office while away, there is a writing desk with printer/fax and office supply for your convenience. The phone service includes free calls to the US mainland and Canada!
Some beach equipment is available including lush beach towels, snorkel gear, boogie boards, portable folding beach chairs, beach cooler, and beach umbrella. and tennis racquets and balls.
This is a non-smoking unit with a designated nearby outdoor smoking area.
From here you can walk to everything - the grocery store, Starbucks, yoga studios, salons, gift shops, a movie theater, health food store, cafes, bars, restaurants, convenience stores, fast food, an in-line skating rink, skateboard park, tennis courts, basketball court, rental shops for bicycles, kayaks, scuba and snorkel gear, library, children's playground, and much more!
