Spacious living room/dining area with stunning river rock fireplace, 42" television, and comfortable seating. Wireless high-speed Internet access; unlimited toll/national long distance telephone service Two bedrooms have queen beds, one bedroom has extra-long twins. Both bathrooms have tub/showers. Two large decks, one with in-deck solar heated swimming pool, with nearby four-person hot tub, loungers and patio set. Four inner tubes for beach or pool. Dining deck with patio set, motorized awning and gas grill. Fully fenced yard. Central heat; air-conditioner in master bedroom Ping-pong table. Washer/dryer. Dog okay. Keyless entry. Price reduced to $250/night, October through April. Location: Guerneville, California 95446. One week minimum in July and August.
