Our Kolea Villa is a wonderful family vacation s pot. This is for the families or individuals who enjoy lovely surroundings, with gracious vacations residences. This garden villa, with a view of the ocean is over 1,700 square feet with a large 400 square foot lanai that opens u p to your very own grass area. All the furniture is decorated in the spirit of Hawaii, along with special antiques from China.
The bedrooms include a California king size bed in the master suite, a queen in the second bedroom and two twin beds in the third. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, with beautiful Travertine stone tile. Also, this Villa has two air-conditioning units for your comfort.
Kolea Villa 4A has a gourmet kitchen that includes granite counter-tops, African mahogany cabinetry, and Viking appliances throughout. The villa has the upgraded large travertine tile for the flooring, with a lovely appointed Hawaiian rug in the living room.
The large lanai features a Viking BBQ, sink and teak cabinetry. It also has two large patio chairs and a table that sits six. More amenities include high speed internet connection, cable TV and a VCR/DVD/CD/IPOD player.
Just a few minute walk to the pool and beach will set you on your way to relaxing on a lounge or snorkeling in the bay. You can also enjoy a sunset cruise or a diving excursion that is available on the Anaeho’omalu Bay. The Beach Club has work-out equipment with a beautiful view of the bay. It also has a full kitchen, a lava rock hot tub, infinity edge pool and a children’s pool with a sandy bottom. The Beach Club also has a large BBQ area for your family to enjoy lunch or an afternoon snack.
Kolea is a new exclusive development located between the Marriott and Hilton in the Waikoloa Area of the Big Island. The ;King;s Shopping Mall” is located directly across the street from Kolea. It includes upscale shopping and dining, including the famous Roy restaurant. Coming soon to the Waikoloa Area is the new “Queen’s Mall”. This will also have a large high-end market, an out-door concert area along with shopping and dining. Kolea will be your perfect vacation spot for years to come.
